BMFA 2023 Juried Art Show

2023 Rules of Entry Terms and Conditions

Important Information

• Size limits 2D work. Outer dimensions must not be more than nine sq ft/ or 8361 sq cm, including the frame.
• Size limits 3D work. Free standing work must be capable of being handled by one person. Dimensions may not exceed 1.5 cubic ft/ or 0.04 cubic meter and
  max 10 lbs/ or 4.5 kilos.
• All works must be gallery ready with wire and eye hooks (no saw tooth hangers permitted) and all 2D work must have finished edges.
• Photographic images will not be accepted in the creation of digital work.

Works must meet the criteria above to be accepted.

Conditions

• All works received will be juried.
• Juror decisions are final.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• Accepted works will be delivered on Friday, March 31 between 11 & 2 pm and Saturday, April 1 between 11 and 2 pm, or by special appointment.
• Accepted works must remain on view and not be removed from the show until its conclusion on May 27, 2023.
• The BMFA receives 35% commission on sold works.
• Artists are responsible for insuring their own work. All reasonable care will be taken, but Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts assumes no responsibility
  should damage or loss occur.

Note: By completing the Entry Form it is understood that you accept and will abide by the BMFA Juried Art Show Rules of Entry.Artists agree to pay a 35% commission to the BMFA in the event their Art is selected for the Juried Art show and  sells either online or at the Juried Art Show.
